Sun Basket meals are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, and while the Gluten-Free meal plan follows a gluten-free diet, due to risk of cross-contamination, meals are not suitable for people with severe gluten intolerance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. You can always mix & match recipes from our meal plans within your chosen menu - Classic or Family. We make it easy to eat vegetarian on Monday, enjoy a paleo meal on Tuesday, and round out the week with your favorite gluten-free dish.
No. But you can switch from Family Menu to Classic Menu week to week by changing your Account Settings. You cannot order some recipes from Family Menu and some recipes from Classic Menu in the same week.
Build your own basket each week by changing the selected recipes on your Menu page. Our iOS and Android apps make it easy and fun to plan your meals on the go.
We build our Classic Menu around the seasons, and always feature a mix of global flavors, healthy twists on classics, and proprietary Sun Basket recipes and housemade sauces. All recipes are portioned for 2 or 4 adults, depending on your plan selection.

Our Family Menu features a variety of healthy family favorites, designed with younger palates in mind. We make it easy to dial up spice and flavor, and recipes include "Kids Can" steps and fun activities. All recipes are portioned for a family of 4.
