”
How would you describe your approach to recipes or nutrition?
Food that makes me feel good both physically and emotionally is a big part of my recipe development process. I try to create recipes that fuel our customers’ bodies, but also feed the emotional experiences food and gathering can provide.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My daughter is a joy. She is silly, sweet, smart, and sassy, and I love every bit of her.
What is your most treasured possession?
I have several of my favorite grandmother's cookbooks. There's one called, "Too many tomatoes, squash, beans, and other good things. A cookbook for when your garden explodes." She and my grandfather had a huge garden that always seemed to be bursting with produce. That cookbook takes me right back to wandering through rows of zucchinis, tomatoes, and pumpkins.
What living person do you most admire?
My sister-in-law is truly an amazing soul.
