You can:</h3> <ul> <li>Forward your Sun Basket to your new temporary address</li> <li>Send your box to a friend</li> <li>Donate your box through our partner, Feeding America</li> </ul> The Donate-your-Box feature allows you to give your box to a Feeding America-approved partner to be distributed to one of the millions of households suffering from food insecurity. The Forward-a-Box feature allows you to send your Sun Basket box to another address, whether it’s your getaway cabin or a friend you think will enjoy delicious, healthy meals. All it takes is a few clicks. Watch the short video below for more details. <iframe src="//www.youtube.com/embed/1SSmW9TdXoQ" width="562" height="315" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe> <hr /> <img src="//cdn.sunbasket.com/3ce5877c-6d01-4380-81b3-27fb07192908.png" alt="" /> <hr /> <h3>How to forward your box</h3> <ol> <li>Go to your Schedule page and select the Forward this order to a friend link next to the desired week.</li> <li>A pop-up window will appear giving you the option to forward or donate your box.</li> <li>When selecting to Forward your box, start by entering the zip code first to see if it's an area we ship to then fill in the rest.</li> <li>Click the orange Forward my box button when finished.</li> </ol> Tip: If it’s not an area we ship to, you’ll see a “Sorry, we don’t yet ship to that zip” note under the zip code box. We’ll send you an email confirmation with the Subject: We’ve received your request to send your Sun Basket to __________. Want to change the delivery day? Send us a text to see if a different day is available in that area. If you change your mind or need to cancel the forward of your box, go back to your Schedule page and click the Cancel Forward button. We’ll send you another email with the Subject: Your Sun Basket forward has been canceled. Please note, your scheduled box will now be delivered to your subscription address on file. <hr /> <h3>How to donate your box</h3> <ol> <li>Go to your Schedule page and select the Forward this order to a friend link next to the desired week.</li> <li>A pop-up window will appear giving you the option to forward or donate your box.</li> <li>When selecting to Donate your box, all you need to do is click the button and you're all set.</li> </ol> If you change your mind about donating your box, just click the Cancel Donation button. Please note, your scheduled box will now be delivered to your subscription address on file. Tip: If you would like to change the recipes or number of recipes you’d like to donate, you’ll need to make these changes prior to clicking the Donate your box button.  <hr /> Please keep in mind that the cutoff time to skip a delivery or make any changes to a delivery is on Wednesday 12 pm Pacific Time/3 pm Eastern Time, the week before your scheduled delivery date.   An update on COVID-19. If Your Basket is Late or Missing

First of all, we want to apologize if your delivery arrived later than expected or is missing. For missing baskets, please inform us right away by clicking the Contact Support button below and one of our agents will look into this for you. <h3 style="line-height: 24px;">Late Deliveries</h3> While we have carefully designed these baskets to withstand extra travel time, we always encourage customers to evaluate the contents of their basket as soon as they receive them to ensure the integrity of the ingredients is maintained during transit. It is acceptable for the proteins to have thawed in transit, but they should still be cool to the touch and how it would feel if they were coming out of the refrigerator. A great indicator would be to check if the ice pack has not fully melted when first opening your box. It's always good to use sight and smell when inspecting your ingredients before preparing the meals. Should you deem the food to be suitable for consumption, we recommend you plan your meals in the following order: <ol> <li>Meals with seafood or fish in them (up to 3 days after original delivery date)</li> <li>Then chicken, red meats, and pork (up to 5 days after original delivery date)</li> <li>Vegetarian meals (up to 5 days after the original delivery date)</li> </ol> We will, of course, compensate you for the unusable ingredients.  <hr /> Please send us a note within seven days after the original delivery date.   An update on COVID-19.
