Your Ingredients

Ingredient Opt Out

If you are on a Chef’s Choice, Classic Menu (2 or 4-person) meal plan, you’ll have the ability to opt out of select ingredients you don’t like and we’ll never automatically assign you a recipe with them again. Of course, you can still choose any recipes you like, but the choice is yours.

Please note the normal menu cutoff deadline on Wednesday @ 12 pm PST/ 3 pm EST still applies. If you make ingredient preference changes after the menu cutoff, your changes will take effect for the new menu.

How do I select my ingredient preferences?

  1. Select My Account from the drop-down menu when you click your name at the top right of your screen
  2. Click the pen icon next to Meal Plan and Select the ingredient(s) you would like to avoid as your default menu (Soy, Fish, Shellfish, Lamb, Pork, Beef, Poultry, Dairy)
  3. Click Save

To ensure we can offer three delicious recipes for each meal plan, there are certain combinations of ingredient opt-outs that we cannot accommodate. Non-supported combinations of ingredients will appear as grayed out and are not available to select.

Please note that editing your ingredient preferences will reset all upcoming menu selections that you have made. Visit My Menu to review or change your recipe selections.
