Sunbasket meals are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, and while the Gluten-Free meal plan follows a gluten-free diet, due to risk of cross-contamination, meals are not suitable for people with severe gluten intolerance. Packed in a facility that handles gluten and all major food allergens (milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans).

Yes. You can always mix & match recipes from our meal plans within your chosen menu - Classic or Family. We make it easy to eat vegetarian on Monday, enjoy a paleo meal on Tuesday, and round out the week with your favorite gluten-free dish.
Sunbasket offers 18 recipes to choose from each week. Classic Menu subscribers have access to all 18 recipes including our 6 family-friendly options. If you subscribe to our Family Menu (our best value!) your choice will be limited to 6 family-friendly options per week.
Build your own basket each week by changing the selected recipes on your Menu page. Our iOS and Android apps make it easy and fun to plan your meals on the go.
Maximize choice by selecting our Classic Menu to get access to all 18 Sunbasket recipes available each week including 6 family-friendly recipes. Our Classic Menu offers Chef's Choice, Paleo, Lean & Clean, Gluten-Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Mediterranean, Quick & Easy, and Diabetes-Friendly meal plan options. All recipes are portioned for 2 or 4 adults, depending on your plan selection.

Our Family Menu makes things simple. Choose from 6 delicious kid-friendly recipes each week with Chef’s Choice and Vegetarian Meal Plan options. All recipes are portioned for 4 adults with leftovers for families with younger children. We offer our best value on Family Menu plans, with the option to upgrade to our Classic Menu to unlock more choice.
Sunbasket recipes are packed in a facility that handles gluten as well as all major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. Our Gluten-Free recipes are prepared in the same facility as our other meals, and may not be suitable for those diagnosed with celiac disease. If you have a very serious food allergy or intolerance, we recommend that you do not order from Sunbasket.
