Our chefs love these richly marbled steaks for their tender mouthfeel and incredible flavor. The Black Angus breed is known for great marbling. To further enhance the melt-in-your mouth effect, these cattle (antibiotic-, hormone- and steroid free) are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and corn for the last 120 days. Our butchers continue the special care, wet-aging the steaks for 21 days, and hand trimming them into generous 10-ounce cuts. Sear these in a cast iron skillet or on a grill, then grab a fork and knife and get your steak on.
