Named after Miles Davis’ experimental jazz album, “Bitches Brew,” this cold brew is made from organic dark roast coffee that is steeped for 24 hours and then nitrogenated like a stout. The result is a rich, creamy cold-brew coffee with hints of smoky caramel and marshmallow. It’s sure to be a classic.
What began 30 years ago as a cafe in Venice Beach, California, slowly grew into an organic coffee roastery in Los Angeles and Portland, Oregon. The roasteries use solar-powered, low-emission technology and source coffees from organic farms around the world.
