Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup black chia seeds
  • Maple-vanilla blend (maple syrup - vanilla extract)
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ pound strawberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

Blend the ingredients

In a blender, combine the almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple-vanilla blend, and a pinch of salt with half of the almonds, and half of the strawberries. Blend until smooth. Divide into bowls, glass jars or glasses and refrigerate overnight.

Serve

The next day:
  • Slice the remaining strawberries.
Top the pudding with the remaining strawberries and almonds and serve.
