Our chefs love these richly marbled steaks for their tender mouthfeel and incredible flavor. The Black Angus breed is known for great marbling. To further enhance the melt-in-your mouth effect, these cattle (antibiotic-, hormone- and steroid free) are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and corn for the last 120 days. Our butchers continue the special care, wet-aging the steaks for 21 days, and hand trimming them into generous 10-ounce cuts. Sear these in a cast iron skillet or on a grill, then grab a fork and knife and get your steak on.

Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.

Choose your cooking method:

Stovetop

  • Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel; season generously with salt and pepper.

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, warm 1 to 2 tablespoons oil until hot but not smoking. Add the steaks and cook, turning frequently, until well browned and your desired doneness is reached. For medium-rare, that’s 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer the cooked steaks to a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes. 

 

Grill 

  • Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel; season generously with salt and pepper.

Prepare a medium-hot fire on one side of a grill. Set the steaks on the grill directly over the heat and cook, turning once, until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to indirect heat, close the grill, and cook without turning to the desired doneness. Transfer the cooked steaks to a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes.
