Bite-Size Workouts—Kickin’ it with Kelly MacNiven

This week, Kelly MacNiven, a San Francisco-based kickboxing instructor (and Stanford University-based neuroscientist), takes us through a few basic kicks and punches. Kickboxing is a full-body workout that helps tone muscles, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and improve balance and coordination. MacNiven says what she likes most about it is that it’s fun, because the best workout is the one you enjoy.
