A fourth-generation family farm in California, Diestel raises turkeys they’re proud to eat and proud to share. It all began with Grandpa Jack who founded the humble farm in 1949. In the 70+ years since, the Diestels remain committed to doing things right, from regenerative agriculture, to the fresh pine-wood shavings that line their barns, to the generous spaces they give their birds to roam.
