Sunbasket is committed to sourcing wild-caught seafood. For customers who prefer the marbled, mild qualities of sustainably raised salmon, we are featuring these Faroe Islands fillets. Chef Justine selected this salmon for its taste as well as sustainability; our suppliers are certified by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council. These salmon fillets are coated in a lightly spicy ancho chile seasoning. Roast with your favorite vegetables on a sheet pan for a quick weeknight dinner.
