Organic chicken wings

The ultimate finger food, organic chicken wings are also high in protein and an excellent source of niacin, vitamin B6, and selenium. Cook these wings up in a slow cooker with one of our signature sauces on low for 3 to 4 hours, then finish on a baking sheet under the broiler to crisp for easy party fare.

Keep refrigerated. Previously Frozen. Best if used within 5 days of receipt.

Choose your cooking method

Oven
Heat the oven to 450°F.

Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel; season generously with salt and pepper.

On a sheet pan, toss the chicken wings with 1 to 2 tablespoons oil. Spread in an even layer and roast, flipping once halfway through, until the skin is browned and the wings are cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes.

Grill

Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel; season generously with salt and pepper.

Prepare a medium-hot fire on one side of a grill. Set the chicken wings on the grill directly over the heat and cook, turning frequently, until starting to brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer to indirect heat, close the grill, and cook, turning a few times, until lightly charred and cooked through, about 20 minutes longer.
