Looking to change up your burger routine? Our custom salmon patties from Rastelli’s to the rescue. Light yet hearty with fresh scallions and tangy Dijon, they’re also loaded with omega-3 fats to promote heart, brain, and eye health. Salmon burgers can be cooked in a pan or on the grill to varying levels of doneness. For medium-rare, cook until the edges are opaque and the center is light pink.

Keep refrigerated. Previously Frozen. Best if used within 3 days of receipt.

Choose your cooking method

Stovetop

  • Pat the salmon burgers dry with a paper towel.
In a large frying over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon oil until hot but not smoking. Add the salmon burgers and cook, turning once, until browned and just cooked through, 2 to 4 minutes per side.

Grill
  • Pat the salmon burgers dry with a paper towel.
Prepare a medium-hot fire in a grill. Set the [tofu/veggie/beef/turkey] burgers on the grill directly over the heat and cook, turning once, until lightly charred and cooked to the desired doneness, 2 to 5 minutes per side.
