Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.

Choose your cooking method
Stovetop
- Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.
In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon oil until hot but not smoking. Add the salmon and cook without turning until golden brown on one side, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook without turning until golden brown and flaky, 2 to 4 minutes.
Grill
- Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.
Prepare a medium-hot fire in a grill. Set the salmon on the grill directly over the heat and cook, turning once, until lightly golden, opaque, and flaky, about 5 minutes per side.
