Heat the oven to 450° F.

  • Remove chicken from the sous-vide packaging and pat dry with a paper towel. Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish.

Cook in the oven until the skin is dark golden brown and reaches your desired crispiness, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve as desired.
