Microwave: Cook in the tray 3–4 minutes, remove plastic, and stir. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.*

Oven: Remove plastic, cover tray with foil, and bake at 425°F, 25–30 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.*
