Microwave: Leave plastic on and cook in the tray for 4–6 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.*

Oven: Remove plastic, cover tray with foil, and bake at 425°F for 20–25 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.*
