Instructions
Choose your heating method
Our favorite method for this dish is the oven.
- Conventional oven | 25–30 minutes
Heat the oven to 425°F.
Remove the plastic from the tray. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Stir and bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes more, or until heated through.
- Microwave oven | 6–8 minutes
Remove the plastic from the tray. Place a damp paper towel over the top and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes more, or until heated through.
Serve
- In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens and pickled carrots with as much red pepper vinaigrette as you like. Season the chicken Tetrazzini and the salad to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer the chicken Tetrazzini to individual plates or bowls and serve the salad on the side.
