Microwave: Leave plastic on and cook in the tray for 5–6 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.*

Oven: Remove plastic, cover tray with foil, and bake at 425°F for 30—35 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.*
