Acai, an antioxidant-packed fruit from Brazil, can be found in most groceries stores these days. Here we pair it with other tropical fruits for a smoothie in a bowl that will transport you to a warm beach on a sunny day with every bite.

- 1 kiwi
- 1 dragon fruit
- 2 bananas
- 1 passionfruit
- 2 packs frozen acai berries
- 1 mango
- ½ cup hemp milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Prep fruit
Peel and thinly slice the kiwi, dragon fruit, mango and bananas.
Cut the passion fruit in half.

Blend the acai
In a blender, blend half of the bananas, the acai, and the hemp milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
Serve
Transfer the blended banana mixture to individual bowls, top with the sliced fruit, the passion fruit, garnish with the chia and hemp seeds, and serve.
