- In your tray:
- Sun Basket vegetable broth (water - vegetable broth concentrate)

- Short-grain white rice
- Organic bell pepper
- Diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- Organic leeks
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Organic scallions
- Organic chopped garlic

Wash produce before use
Choose your heating method
- Conventional oven | 20–25 minutes
Remove the plastic from the tray. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Stir, re-cover, and bake 10 to 15 minutes more, until heated through.
- Microwave oven | 6–8 minutes
Season the shrimp paella to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to individual plates or bowls and serve.
