Wash produce before use

Prep and roast the chicken wings

Heat the oven to 400°F.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel; season generously with salt and pepper and rub with the smoky paprika spice blend.
On a sheet pan, toss the chicken wings with 2 to 3 teaspoons oil. Spread in an even layer and roast, flipping two or three times, until the skin is browned and the wings are cooked through, 40 to 45 minutes.
When the wings are almost done, prepare the broccoli slaw.

Make the broccoli slaw

In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli slaw and ranch dressing; season to taste with salt and pepper.

Finish the wings

Transfer the wings to a large bowl. Toss with the lime juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
