Instructions

Choose your heating method

  • Conventional oven | 20–25 minutes
Heat the oven to 425°F.
Remove the plastic from the tray. Cover with foil. Bake, stirring halfway through, for 20 to 25 minutes, until heated through.

  • Microwave oven | 5–7 minutes
Remove the plastic from the tray. Place a damp paper towel on top. Microwave for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring halfway through, until heated through.

Serve

Season the dan dan noodles to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to individual plates or bowls and serve.
