Not your everyday noodles, dan dan mian are among the most famous street foods of southwest China and boast many variations. Ours feature Sichuan tofu and baby spinach.

Instructions
Choose your heating method
- Conventional oven | 20–25 minutes
Remove the plastic from the tray. Pour the dan dan sauce over the noodles. Cover the tray with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Stir, re-cover, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more, until heated through.
- Microwave oven | 7 minutes
