Husband-and-wife founders Herb and Kathy Eckhouse put their small company on the map with their internationally renowned prosciutto, ’nduja, and other exquisite cured offerings—all made from heritage pigs. From cheese boards to sandwiches, there’s nothing their pork can’t do.
