This isn’t your average pesto. This vegan version of the herbal sauce gets its flavor power from bright cilantro, Californai walnuts, zesty lemon juice, and punchy garlic (no cheese, no olive oil!). A bit of serrano chile adds a little kick. Great on everything from pasta, roasted chicken, and flatbreads to dressing sandwiches and garden-fresh salads—is there anything this pesto can’t do?
