Prime Rib Slices, Pre-Cooked Sous Vide (serves 4)

Look to these boneless prime rib slices for all the flavorful tenderness you desire in a steak. From Blank Angus breed cows raised in the Midwest, these prime rib slices have been wet-aged 28 days, hand-trimmed, pre-seasoned, and pre-cooked sous vide. Simply heat with natural cooking jus. Two 12-oz steaks.

Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.

Choose your cooking method

Microwave

  • Place steak and au jus (still in package) in a microwave-safe dish. Make a small hole in the top of the package to release air as it cooks.

Heat steak on medium for 1 to 1:20 min (time may vary depending on microwave strength) for medium rare.  After cooking, let slices sit in packaging for 1 minute before opening. Repeat for second steak. Serve with au jus.

 

Stovetop

  • Remove steaks from package, reserving au jus.

In a frying pan over medium heat, add the steaks and cook 1:30 to 2 minutes per side for medium rare. Add reserved au jus and bring up to 145°F and serve. 

 

Oven

  • Remove steaks from package, reserving the au jus, and place steaks in an ovenproof dish.

Heat the oven to 350°F. Bake steaks for 5 to 6 minutes for medium rare. Heat the au jus in a sauce pan on the stovetop to 145°F. Serve with steak.
