Turkey Breast Roast (Serves 10–13)

Already brined and rubbed with Tuscan seasonings for a beautiful presentation, this boneless white meat turkey breast roast is ready to impress. It comes generously sized, perfect for feeding a crowd or a smaller group for several days. And as good as it tastes, your guests will never know how easy it was to prepare. Ingredients: Turkey Breast, *(Water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates). Rubbed with a Tuscan-Style Seasoning: (spices, garlic, onion, tomato powder, salt, red bell pepper)
Instructions

Thaw the turkey
Thaw turkey, sealed in its cooking bag, in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.

Cook the turkey and serve
Heat oven to 350°F.
Do not remove turkey from cooking bag. Place turkey in a 2-inch-deep roasting pan. Puncture cooking bag with one air hole near the top of the bag. Roast for 16 to 20 minutes per pound. Bag will inflate during cooking (don’t poke any additional holes). After 85–90 minutes, check the internal temperature with an instant read thermometer. Insert the thermometer in the thickest part of the roast for the most accurate reading. Remove the turkey when the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 20 minutes. Remove cooking bag and serve.
