Bundle for Four: BBQ Classics
Fire up the grill and celebrate the winding down of summer with this special Labor Day bundle of your favorite barbecue items. Each order will feed a hungry crowd of four, and is specially curated with our best-selling meats and sauces, including ground Wagyu beef for the juiciest burgers, smoked St. Louis–style pork spare ribs, sous vide and seasoned chicken thighs, and our signature barbecue sauces.
Ingredients: 2 packages fully-cooked pork spare ribs (about 12 ounces each), 2 packages sous vide salt and pepper–seasoned chicken thighs, 4 Wagyu burgers, Smoky BBQ sauce, Carolina Gold BBQ sauce

Let’s Get Started!
Unpack and refrigerate your ingredients right away. We recommend cooking and consuming these proteins within 5 days of receipt.
- Before cooking, thoroughly pat the steaks, chicken, and burgers dry with paper towels. Lightly season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Lightly grease the grill rack with oil. Preheat your grill to 350° F or medium heat.

Cook your protein
Fully-cooked pork spare ribs and sous vide chicken thighs:
When the grill is hot, place the fully cooked pork spare ribs bone-side down onto the grate. Place the sous vide chicken thighs alongside the ribs. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip the ribs and chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Flip the ribs again and baste them with half of the smoky barbecue sauce. At the same time, baste the chicken with half of the Carolina barbecue sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, or until glazed and the internal temperature of both meats reach 165° F.
Remove the chicken and ribs from the grill and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm until ready to serve. Enjoy the remaining barbecue sauces as condiments.
Wagyu Burgers:
When the grill is hot, carefully place the patties onto the grate. Cook for 4 minutes on the first side. Flip the patties and cook for 4 to 6 minutes more. Remove the burgers from the grill and set aside to rest.
