Quattro Formaggio Mac 'n' Cheese

Our elevated mac ‘n’ cheese features a rich béchamel sauce and four types of cheese. Topped with cheesy panko breadcrumbs and finished in the oven, this decadently delicious dish is the ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients: ½ pound conchiglie pasta, 10 ounces béchamel sauce, ¼ pound shredded cheese blend, ½ ounce of Italian cheese blend, ½ cup panko

Preheat the oven; boil the water

Boil a pot of water: Season with a large pinch of salt

Make the mac 'n' cheese
- Add the conchiglie pasta to the pot of boiling water. Cook for 4-5 min, or to just under your desired doneness (it will continue to cook in the cheese sauce). Strain and set aside.
- Pour the béchamel sauce into a deep oven-safe saute pan and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then turn off the heat.
- Add the pasta and stir until coated in the sauce. Stir in the shredded cheese blend until melted and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs and Italian cheese blend over the top.
- Place into the oven for 3-5 min, or until golden brown. Carefully remove from the oven.

Serve
Serve the mac ‘n’ cheese family-style, directly from the pan.
