Romesco Sauce & Feta Bruschetta

Complete your favorite meal with a delicious side of toasted bruschetta topped with a Spanish-style romesco sauce and crumbled feta cheese.
 

Ingredients: demi baguette (unbleached untreated enriched wheat flour, water, sea salt, yeast, malted barley flour), romesco sauce (canola oil, water, roasted red bell peppers, tomatoes, almonds, red wine vinegar, dried tomatoes, parsley, salt, dehydrated garlic, spices, paprika), red chile flakes

Prep the bread

Heat the oven to 450°F.

  • Prepare a baking sheet: Line with aluminum foil.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the romesco sauce and feta cheese.
  • Slice the demi-baguette in half lengthwise. Evenly spread the romesco and feta mixture across the cut sides and transfer to the lined baking sheet.

Toast the bread

  • Place the baking sheet into the oven for 8 to 12 minutes, or until toasted and lightly browned. Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven.

Serve

  • Cut the baguettes into even slices and sprinkle with as many chile flakes as you like
