This classic wedge salad has all of your favorite ingredients: crisp iceberg lettuce, juicy grape tomatoes, chopped bacon, and a creamy ranch dressing with crumbled blue cheese.
Ingredients: 1 head organic iceberg or other lettuce, ½ ounce chopped cooked bacon, 1 ounce crumbled blue cheese, Sunbasket ranch dressing (mayo - buttermilk - yogurt powder - lemon juice - granulated garlic - onion powder - dried parsley - kosher salt - black pepper - dried dill), ¼ pound organic grape or cherry tomatoes, 2 organic green onions

Make the salad
- Rinse your fresh produce: Gently pat dry
- In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing with half of the blue cheese crumbles.
- Cut the grape tomatoes in half.
- Thinly slice the green onions.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce in half. Save one half for another use. Cut the remaining half into two wedges.

Serve
- Transfer the iceberg wedges to serving plates. Top with the dressing, tomatoes, green onions, and chopped bacon. Sprinkle with the remaining blue cheese crumbles and season to taste with salt and pepper.
