Ingredients: 1 head organic butter or other lettuce, Sunbasket lemon-tahini dressing, 1 ounce toasted sliced almonds, 1 ounce crumbled goat cheese, 6 ounces blackberries

Prepare the salad
- Trim off the bottom from the butter lettuce. Separate the leaves and roughly chop if desired.
- In a salad bowl, gently toss the lettuce with the lemon-tahini dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the dressed lettuce to serving plates and top with dollops of the goat cheese. Garnish with the blackberries and toasted almonds.
