Black Truffle Macaroni and Cheese

Made with a delicious cheese blend, a rich béchamel sauce, and our gourmet black truffle butter, this creamy mac ‘n’ cheese is your favorite comfort food with a serious upgrade.
Ingredients: ½ pound conchiglie pasta, 10 ounces béchamel sauce, ¼ pound shredded cheese blend, 1 ounce panko, 2 tablespoons black truffle butter

Preheat the oven; boil the water

Boil a pot of water: Season with a large pinch of salt

Make the mac 'n' cheese
- Add the conchiglie pasta to the pot of boiling water. Cook for 4-5 min, or to just under your desired doneness (it will continue to cook in the cheese sauce). Strain and set aside.
- Pour the béchamel sauce into a deep oven-safe saute pan and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then turn off the heat.
- Add the pasta and black truffle butter to the pan. Stir until the butter is melted and the pasta is coated in the sauce. Stir in the shredded cheese blend until melted and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs over the top.
- Place into the oven for 4-6 min, or until golden brown. Carefully remove from the oven.

Serve
Serve the mac ‘n’ cheese family-style, directly from the pan.
