Burgers, Brats, & Buns Bundle

Every great cookout starts with the classics, but we’ve made some upgrades from plain old burgers and dogs. Our burgers feature a premium chuck-and-ribeye blend for bold, juicy flavor, alongside savory bratwurst sausages and golden brioche buns for a soft, buttery finish. This grill-ready bundle of customer favorites includes four (4) of each of the following: butcher’s blend burger patties, bratwurst sausage links, brioche hamburger buns, and brioche hot dog buns.

Ingredients: 4 chuck and ribeye blend hamburgers (about ¼ pound each), 4 bratwurst sausages (about ¼ pound each, contains pork and spices), 4 brioche hamburger buns, 4 brioche hot dog buns

Preheat the grill

  • Preheat the grill: Set to medium & lightly grease.

Cook the burgers and brats; toast the buns

  • Season the burgers with salt and pepper. Pat the bratwursts dry with a paper towel, then prick each in a few places with a fork.
  • Grill the burgers and brats over direct heat, uncovered, for 4-5 min, then flip and move to indirect heat and close the lid. Cook the burgers for 3-5 more min and the brats for 5-6 more min. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm until ready to serve.
  • Toast the hamburger and hot dog buns (if desired) on the grill over indirect heat for 2-4 min, or until golden brown.

Serve

  • Transfer the buns to serving plates and top with the burgers and brats.
