Heating Instructions

NOTE: Before heating, fully defrost the egg bites. Remove any outer packaging, but leave in the black trays.

Oven: Cover the defrosted egg bites (in the black trays) with foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (conventional) for 18-20 min.* Contents will be hot.

Microwave: Leave the defrosted egg bites in the black trays and microwave, uncovered, for 60-90 sec.* Contents will be hot.

Chef’s Tip: For extra flavor, garnish the egg bites with cheese and fresh herbs.

* Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. Cooking times are developed using a conventional oven and a 1500-watt microwave. Times may vary; adjust as needed for your appliance. Do not expose tray to open flame or direct contact with heating element.
