About Young Kobras:

Founder Geoff Kober, a vegan baker who once worked at a cafe that specialized in allergen-friendly food, wanted to develop healthy, gluten-free breads. A year-long experiment led him to perfecting a gluten-free sourdough without gums, starches, or refined flours. Now he serves up fresh, nutritious sourdough at Young Kobras Gluten-Free Bakery.
