In La Alberca, Spain, Fermín Martin and his wife Victoriana Gómez began raising Iberico pigs as a way to keep the family fed. Over the decades, it turned into the family-run company it is today. With a continued focus on and dedication to artisanal practices and well-cared for, healthy animals, the quality of their pork products is top-notch.
