Ingredients: 5 ounces organic baby arugula or other leafy greens, 1 organic Bosc or other pear, 1 ounce blue cheese crumbles, Pomegranate molasses, Sunbasket balsamic vinaigrette (shallot-garlic confit - extra virgin olive oil - balsamic vinegar - maple syrup - Dijon mustard - black pepper - kosher salt - dried thyme), 1 ounce candied walnuts

Make the salad
Rinse your produce: Gently pat dry
- Cut the pear in half and cut away the core, then thinly slice.
- In a small bowl, combine the pomegranate molasses and balsamic vinaigrette.
- In a salad bowl, gently toss the arugula and pear with the pomegranate vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

- Transfer the salad to serving plates and finish with the candied walnuts and blue cheese crumbles.
