There’s no better way to start your day than with a gourmet quiche! This classic French breakfast dish pairs a rich, crumbly crust with a savory, fluffy egg filling. These mini versions are quick and easy, making them perfect for a busy weekday morning.

Ingredients: flour tortilla (enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), canola oil, salt, mono and diglycerides, cultured wheat flour, leavening (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate and sodium acid pyrophosphate), sugar, rice flour, fumaric acid), guar gum and enzymes), eggs, milk, mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, microcrystalline cellulos, (to prevent caking)), cream cheese (pasteurized, cultured milk and cream, salt, stabilizers (xanthan gum and/or carob bean and/or guar gums)), spinach, onions, water, enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sea salt, butter (cream (milk), natural flavor), lemon juice, expeller pressed canola oil, onion powder, cornstarch, spices, xanthan gum, pan oil (canola oil, mineral oil, and sunflower lecithin), cayenne pepper

Cook the quiche

For ease and best results, we suggest using a toaster oven if possible.

 

Oven: Heat the oven to 450°F. Remove the petite quiche from its plastic pouch and cup. Place the petite quiche into the oven, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the quiche is heated through and the edges of the quiche are golden brown.

Microwave: Place the petite quiche onto a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 2 minutes, or until heated through. 

 

Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
