Bundle for Two: Surf & Turf
Fire up the grill and celebrate the winding down of summer with this special Labor Day surf and turf dinner. Each order feeds two and is a specially curated box with our juicy 10-ounce ribeye steaks and jumbo wild-caught shrimp, perfect for cooking on the grill. We've included our special steak seasoning blend and steak sauce, along with a delicious lemon garlic herb butter.
Ingredients: 2 Black Angus rib-eyes (about 10 ounces each), 10 ounces jumbo wild shrimp, Steak seasoning blend, Sunbasket steak sauce blend, Lemon-garlic herb butter

Let’s Get Started!
Unpack and refrigerate your ingredients right away. We recommend cooking and consuming these proteins within 5 days of receipt.
- Before cooking, thoroughly pat the beef and shrimp dry with paper towels. Lightly season both sides with salt and pepper. Do not season the jumbo shrimp.
- Lightly grease the grill rack with oil. Preheat your grill to 350° F or medium heat.

Cook your protein
Rib-eye steaks:
When the grill is hot, carefully place the rib-eye steaks onto the hottest spot on the grate. Grill the steaks for 5 minutes without moving, then flip them. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes more, or until the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness. Use the steak seasoning blend and steak sauce blend as condiments, if desired.
Jumbo shrimp:
When the grill is hot, carefully place the jumbo shrimp onto the grate and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then flip the shrimp, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, or until opaque and cooked through. Use the lemon garlic herb butter as a condiment, if desired.
