Romesco Sauce & Feta Bruschetta

Ingredients: 1 demi baguette, Sunbasket romesco (roasted red peppers - almonds - extra virgin olive oil - sherry vinegar - garlic - sweet smoked paprika - kosher salt), 4 ounces crumbled feta, 1 teaspoon chile flakes

Preheat the oven

Prepare a baking sheet: Line with aluminum foil

Make the bruschetta
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together the romesco sauce and feta cheese.
- Slice the demi-baguette in half lengthwise. Spread the romesco mixture evenly over the cut sides.
- Place onto the lined baking sheet and into the oven for 8-12 min, or until the baguette is toasted and lightly browned. Carefully remove from the oven.

Serve
Cut the bruschetta into even slices and transfer to serving plates. Sprinkle with as many chile flakes as you like.
