Sustainably raised in pristine ocean waters off the southern coast of Singapore, these special barramundi fillets have gorgeous white flesh that is sweet, moist, and perfect for grilling, baking, broiling, or pan frying. Strong tides at this open-ocean farm contribute to this fish’s exceptional flavor. Barramundi is a good source of lean protein, vitamin D, potassium, and brain-boosting omega-3s.

● Pat the thawed barramundi dry with a paper towel; season generously with salt and pepper.
In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon oil until hot but not smoking. Add the barramundi, skin side down, and cook until the skin is crisp, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook until the flesh is opaque and flaky, 2 to 3 minutes.
