Preheat the oven
- Preheat the oven: 450°F conventional
- Prepare a baking sheet: Line with aluminum foil & lightly grease.

Bake the samosas; prepare the chutneys
- Place the samosas onto the prepared baking sheet and into the oven for 10 min, or until golden brown. Carefully remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
- Place the tamarind chutney and cilantro chutney into two small bowls.

Serve
- Transfer the samosas to serving plates and serve the chutneys on the side for dipping.
