Our chipotle vinaigrette brings smoky heat while crisp red cabbage, juicy grape tomatoes, and freshly sliced scallions help cool things off. Halving the grape tomatoes is optional, but it helps release their juices to bring more sweetness and tang to the dish. 

Instructions

Wash all produce before use (except prewashed greens).

Prep

  • Trim and thinly slice the scallions.
  • Coarsely chop the cilantro.
  • If desired, cut the tomatoes in half.

Mix

In a bowl, toss together as much of the greens, toppings, and vinaigrette as you like. Season to taste with salt and pepper and enjoy.
