Our house-made Cuban mojo marinade infuses meats or vegetables with garlicky, citrusy flavors.

Ingredients: Orange juice, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, Aleppo chile flakes, onion, cumin, dried Mexican oregano.
